Privacy notice

Short version: we only collect what you type into our forms, we only use it for the reason you gave it to us, and we never sell it.

Who we are

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email and message, so we can reply.
• Jack Wilds Arcade waitlist: your email and, if you choose, a first name, so we can tell you when the Arcade opens.
• Game updates: your email and the game you asked about, so we can tell you when it gets a release date.

How it’s stored

Form submissions are handled by our website host, Netlify, and kept only as long as we need them for the purpose above. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your browser

The site remembers a few things in your own browser only (for example, whether you turned the sound on and which game stamps you’ve collected). That data never leaves your device. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Get in touch and we’ll sort it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
